      About HELP+

      What is HELP+?

      We are a pharmacy chain born out of Phnom Penh. Read our origin story here.

      How to pronounce your pharmacy name with a "+"?

      Our establishment name is pronounce as Help Plus, but we usually use HELP+ as short form of our name and also feature it as part of our branding.

      Where are you located?

      We originated in Phnom Penh, and we currently have 2 locations at Phnom Penh – one in which famously known as Monivong and the other one is located Phnom Penh Thmey. For more information on our location, please visit this page.

      Do you have retail stores?

      Yes, we started with our 24 HOURS flagship store, and a branch in the new buzztown of Phnom Penh. Our online store was meant to cater for the convenience of our existing market and tapping through the new market in the provinces.


      What forms of payment do you accept?

      We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or directly payment through PayPal. Bank Deposit directly to our ABA Bank can be done as well as per following details.

      We do accept Wings payment manually, but do call or contact our staff before any arrangement is done.

      Do you sell Gift Cards?

      Currently NO, but we are hoping to bring out the Gift Cards soon in 2017!


      Where do you ship to?

      We ship to everywhere in Phnom Penh and currently serving provinces as follow:

      What happen if my province is not listed as the delivery location above?

      Delivery can still be arrange subject if you are willing to select the above list for self pick-up only.

      What does shipping cost?

      Just add the items to your cart and select your provinces from the list to get a shipping price.

      How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

      For Phnom Penh’s order – delivery will be made by Joonaak Delivery:

      1. Any orders before 11.00am: Will be delivered on the same day by 6.00pm
      2. Any orders after 11.00am: Will be delivered the next day by 12.00pm

      For Other Provinces’s order – all orders are delivered via Kerry Express:

      1. All orders before 5.00pm: Will be delivered to your door-step the next day or 2 days from your delivery date.
      Do you ship outside of Cambodia?

      No. As a retail reseller, our products are purchased from local brand/intellectual rights owner or distributor, which is governed by the international Intellectual Property Rights law.

      Can I track my order?

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate.

      Returns & Exchanges

      What is your return policy?

      We do not offer any returns or exchanges for our Online Store, as most of the products that we sold are sealed up packages even from the manufacturing process. However, rest assure that we only deliver products that are brand new and will carefully package them with proper wrappers to protect the content and physique of the product.

      I've made a mistake in my order, how can I amend my orders?

      Subject if you have an urgent order amendment or request, do not hesitate to contact us with all the channels available on our Live Chat, contact phone and email. Any request before the daily delivery cut-off time will be amended. However, if the request came after the cut-off time, the orders will be processed accordingly hence we encourage you to review and confirm the order before your purchase.


      Are we able to purchase prescription drugs online?

      Unfortunately NO. Prescription drugs are only allowed to be sold in Cambodia, ONLY IF genuine prescription from medical advisors or practitioner are presented. This is part of our company’s strong commitment to high quality pharmacy practices in the Kingdom. However, we are working closely with the authority and medical advisors/practitioners to cater on this services in the near future.

      I have been prescribed a long-term medication by my medical advisors/practitioners, can your pharmacy deliver the medicine to me?

      We will require verification of the prescription by yourself in any of our store and subsequently conduct due diligence with your medical advisors/practitioners prior to providing the delivery service. We have to apologize in advance for this inconvenience, as it is part of our process in staying compliant with the regulatory framework.

      Some of my prescribed medicine are not available in this country, can your pharmacy help us to import the medicine?

      No. This is often referred as ‘Parallel Import’, the term used for non-counterfeit products imported from elsewhere without the permission or rights from the intellectual property/brand owner or the Kingdom’s regulatory framework. Part of the reason why we can’t do that was due to:

      1. It is our Company’s philosophy to adhere local and international law.
      2. While some Parallel Import may be genuine, we are not certain of the origin and authenticity of the products, particularly drugs – as tampering or temperature control could affect the efficacy of the products.

      However, we strive to push every request made by our customers to the brand owners in Cambodia and also provide alternative brands that is available in the Kingdom.

      Can you help us to pack the products in a gift package?

      Yes, but please indicate that in the “Information to Seller” section before checking out and put down your contact number to allow us to reach out to you for further arrangement. We will be providing Gift Set design sample in the near future for you all to select.


      I want to sell HELP+ products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?

      We primarily sell directly to our customers via our Brick & Mortar and Online Store, but some arrangement can be made through case by case basis. If you would like more information, please contact us.
